RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

RATE THREE NIGHTS OR MORE: They are allowed free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show, we will charge the total amount of the reservation to your credit card. And we will cancel the reservation.

FIVE NIGHTS OR MORE RATE: They are allowed free of charge up to seven days before or 168 hours before the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show, we will charge the total amount of the reservation to your credit card. And we will cancel the reservation.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

 

INFORMATION AND RULES OF THE HOTEL

Dear customers:

Any person staying at the hotel, during their time of stay, is subject to these rules, which are considered as an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled between the guest and the hotel. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.

TIME OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE: The hours of entry to the rooms are fixed at 13 Hs. And must be vacated at 12 Hs. The next day; After that time, the hotel will be entitled to charge an extra night or night according to the current rate.

When making the check-in the client must provide a credit card to guarantee the

payment of hotel extras, otherwise you must pay the extras directly after consumption or service.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us 24 hours in advance of reception.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables that have not been previously deposited in the safe of the hotel reception.

Hotel Through NO is not responsible for personal losses caused in the rooms.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Guide dogs and medical dog are allowed.

ROOM CLEANING:

The rooms will be cleaned from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm; Rooms that have not left before that time will not be cleaned.
Rooms that are found in clothes thrown by the bed or on the floor will not be cleaned.
Towels that you wish to change will be placed on the floor of the bathroom.

 It is totally forbidden (without exception) to remove towels from the room.

FOOD AND DRINKS:

It is not allowed the introduction of the same in the rooms or public areas of the hotel, unless they were acquired in the bar or restaurant; otherwise the hotel may demand the withdrawal of the same and its possible expulsion from it.

 

 For security reasons:

 It is not allowed the access of people not registered in the hotel to the rooms of the guests, except those enabled for it by the hotel (cafeteria, social lounge, terraces), the maximum number of people staying in a room will be three (and four, the maximum number that can be inside it during the day).

According to the national anti-smoking law is strictly forbidden to smoke in rooms not enabled for it.

For the common good and rest of all, customers are kindly requested a schedule of Respect and Silence between 11:00 a.m. and 08:00 a.m.

 Children from 0 to 3 years old will not pay for accommodation.

Any damage caused by guests to objects, personal property or the property owned by the hotel, will be your sole responsibility, and you must pay for the repair of the same, using your card during the days after your check out. With supporting documents. (Photos, etc.).

RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The hotel reserves the right of admission of occasional visits and in some cases access to the rooms will be allowed. In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to order the immediate exit of the visitor. Accommodation is non-transferable.

 The administration reserves the right to terminate the hosting contract if any of the previous regulations is violated.
